Nesenta was established in 2002 as a result of an extensive market research carried out by the Finnish Innovation Funding Organization - Sitra. Since then, we have constantly expanded our innovative service production platform based on the optimal balance of new technology and the skills of our personnel. Our services are not limited by location.
Our emphases is on Innovative Resourcing. We focus on contact center services, sales, customer service performance and resource development combining knowhow, people and technology.
